In May, a
new Paris Pajol Hostel has opened its doors. Situated conveniently within a five minute walking distance of the Gare du Nord, the European station (less than 2 hours from main European Capitals) the hostel is near the famous Montmartre village and the famous shopping area “Les Halles” or Les Champs Elysées.
The hostel Pajol is located in the heart of a new eco-friendly district and aims to be a role model in sustainable development. Situated in a refurbished warehouse, previously used by the French Railway company, the hostel will be able to generate its own power (with photovoltaic panels on the roof provide the energy needed) and will include an autonomous unique green area, mixing a covered garden, tree lines and ponds with aquatic plants – a haven in the turmoil and bustle of busy Paris! The hostel will have its own restaurant and bar, as well as self-catering facilities.
