The Swiss Youth Hostels is a network of 52 youth hostels. Many of them feature unusual buildings, whether on account of their location, historical past or architecture. The ''Youth Hostel'' brand stands for an inexpensive provider which also has quality and promotes society-responsible and environmentally friendly tourism. Youth hostels are open to everyone – age has been irrelevant for many a year.

Guests who do not want to buy a member card for one year can buy a member card for one day at the hostel's reception. This membership will cost CHF 6 per person/night or CHF 12 per family/night.
