Pessina House was opened on 4th of March 2016. It is a little charming hostel in Rome, dedicated to Aldo Franco Pessina, the legendary founder of the Italian Youth Hostels, which was founded on 19th December, 1945.
The
Hostel is in Via Cavour, in the hearth of Rome and very close to Termini Railway Station, well connected by train-shuttle to Fiumicino International Airport but also by bus and metro to all the famous sites of Rome, many of them within few minutes walking distance to Colosseum, Roman Forum, Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni in Laterano Basilics. These attractions are just an example of places to visit because many other attractions are accessible with public transportation.
The Hostel offers accommodation in 2, 3, 4, 6 bedded rooms all with private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, there is also a lounge area with library, free wi-fi and a large reception. Bed linen are included in the rates.
The hostel’s charm can be seen in minimalist furnishings and bright colours on the walls, all very trendy and cheerful. In fact, the hostel has an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. As all youth hostels, it is friendly and open to cultures. Here you will be able to meet and get to know new people.
