The hostelling network in Slovenia, lead by the »Popotniško združenje« has enriched its offer with yet another Youth Hostel. And what a gain this is?! It stands in the very centre od Radovljica and is in a house built in 1634 – making it the oldest building in the Slovenian hostelling network.
Despite the age, it meets all the high standards and is ranked in the highest category of five blue triangles.
The opening ceremony (at which the mayor of Radovljica also attended), the Hostel was opened on December 28th 2009. It is the fifth hostel in »Gorenjska« region, which can boast itself with excellent hostels such as Your Hostel Bled, Kranjska Gora, Bohinj and Vogel.
